YOUTH FOOTBALL KICKING OFF IN LUTON

THERE may not have been much football played in Luton’s parks lately due to the inclement weather, but Picton’s solicitors and Luton Town are already scouting for teams to sign up for youth football tournament when the weather improves, so they can hopefully spot the next Lionel Messi.

Schools and clubs from across the three counties have already been invited to take part in the Hatters Cup allowing youngsters aged between seven and 15 to compete on the hallowed Kenilworth Road turf.

ROMEO BECKHAM GETS FASHION DEAL

David Beckham's eight-year-old son Romeo, Prince Harry and Prince William have made their debuts on a list of Britain's Best-Dressed 'men'.

The GQ Best-Dressed List 2011 features Little Britain star David Walliams at 11, Doctor Who's Matt Smith, a new entry at 12, David Beckham at 16 and Prime Minister David Cameron, who has dropped from eighth place last year to 20.

Romeo is 26th, with experts describing the Beckhams' middle son, who last year signed a deal for his own fashion label, as "the celebrity of the future".
